We have completed our exchange visit to Armenia 🇦🇲
These days became a time of deep learning, open dialogue and meaningful exchange of experience. We explored different approaches to community work and learned about effective practices in social support, as well as work with children, youth, older people and persons with disabilities. We also discussed the importance of peace, cooperation and sustainable development.
Particular attention during the visit was given to youth mental health, youth activism and the development of active communities. It was especially valuable for us to see how dialogue, participation and joint initiatives can create a more supportive, resilient and inclusive environment for young people.
It was also particularly insightful to observe the strong collaboration between civil society organisations and local authorities. This once again highlighted the importance of partnership, trust and joint efforts in achieving sustainable change and providing effective support at the local level.
For our team, this visit was more than just a trip — it was an opportunity to broaden our perspective, reflect on our own experience, gain new ideas and strengthen professional connections.
We return inspired, with new knowledge and a strong motivation to apply these best practices in our work 🤍
